Getting Your Toddler To Bed in time

Wednesday, July 8, 2009

Generally it has to be a big fight for many parents trying to find their children in bed at night. Children play in , whine and even cry. When in bed, the child repeatedly keeps out of bed and come down.
Some children even if they know they are tired, do not want to miss any of the action or emotion. They want to spend as much time with mom and dad as possible. They can even see that they have to go to bed before their parents as unfair and even cruel. These types of children will want to avoid disturbing, or even go to bed at all costs.
I myself have two children and have been through this experience myself. My daughter especially needs her sleep and can be very moody in the morning, if it has not been a number of hours of it. As a parent, it can become very frustrating and disturbing when you see your child cry because they do not want to go to bed. Comments like, please dad once again on the television program, has been far too regularly, and sometimes I felt like back.

I learned by reading many books on parenting, the best way to deal with this situation. Each child has become a time when they have to be in bed by. Once they have both agreed to do it!
They changed into their pajamas about half an hour before that hour, and then can either spend that time playing with their toys or watching television. If they want to play, we make sure that the games are more relaxed and not too energetic.
If there is a program which is at the latest findings in their ear, I agree with the video for them, that way they know they are not missed so

I decided that I will read a story at bedtime. This is something that the two lovers and helps them wind down and relax. They are also a drink to go to bed, so it is not necessary for them to keep coming down. This drink is always a fruit juice and should not be aerated.
I explained to each child the importance of sleep and should be something to appreciate and not as a kind of punishment. I even went so far as to say that I go to bed when they do, unfortunately their mother does not.

I tried to make their bedroom of their own little palace. Places where they want to spend time, a place where they are fun, relax and comfort.
My son loves listening to music, and therefore we play a tape of his favorite songs in his bedroom. The volume is very low and this contributes to sleep fairly quickly.
These tips have helped make the ear of our children an enjoyable experience, where it was very heavy. The children themselves are now in a routine, a routine they are happy. I hope this advice proves useful for you too. Good luck.
