Do you want to finally put an end to sleepless nights and exhausting days? Sleep is natural and exclusion of new babies and other inevitable disruption that we can all get the sleep we need every night if we make some small changes in our lives.
How did you sleep when you were a little child? Maybe your mom gave a sleeping pill to sleep outside at night? No? So what that young children they can not sleep so well? To start they go to bed when they are tired and they do not lie, it is about the day.
Toddlers sleep until they have enough sleep, not until the clock derives from their sleep. They do not feel stressed by long working hours and do not smoke or drink coffee and colas. Let's see what toddlers are doing? Exercise! Yes, a toddler takes all day under way, you do not see a lot of couch potatoes in this age group.

Once upon a time, we lived much like our toddlers today. But once the light bulb was invented our problems began. Edison made it possible for us to ignore the day and night and work and play 24 / 7. We can not go back to those days before electric light, cell phones, computers and all the stores at night, but we can make some changes in our lifestyles to help us sleep.

Here's your "12 Point Plan Sleep Like A Toddler."
1. Do not smoke or nicotine replacement late in the evening.
2. Cut out all caffeine coffee and other food and drinks late afternoon
3. Have a drink a drink milk and a small carbohydrate snack at bedtime.
4. Exercise for 30 minutes every day, but not right before going to bed.
6. Do not expose you to light late evening, which includes your computer screen.

7. Stop work at least one hour before bedtime and never take work to bed.
8. Practice some relaxation techniques such as PMR or meditation daily.
9. Go to bed at the same time each night to 8 hours of sleep.
10. Do not change your routine at bedtime on weekends.
