Help your baby get a good night's sleep
A predictable ritual can help your baby make the transition from their daily activities to a peaceful night sleep.
The first months with your baby you're in survival mode. Lack of sleep is at its highest level and you learn what life with a newborn really is. Your focus is on the recovery of pregnancy and childbirth and enjoying the time you have with your precious new baby. When your baby is a few months, both of you are ready to add some sort of routine to your sleep habits.
Babies as young as 2 months may benefit from a predictable ritual. Living the same thing every night before going to bed with your baby indices in that it is time to go to sleep and encourage them to fall asleep faster. Your routine will vary depending on your child's personal preferences and your lifestyle. May it seems as though the preparation of a ritual removed from the moment you yourself at night, but your baby begins to learn that his world is safe and predictable, it goes quickly and easily dormir night . A bath night will relax your baby and prepare them to sleep. Babies do not need to be bathed every day for the first year of life, but a brief dip in the bath or sink to calm your baby. Some skin diseases such as severe eczema, may make this practice harmful to your baby, but a short soak can improve many skin diseases. It is important to apply moisturizer for your baby's skin after a bath.
Nurse your baby or feed them a bottle immediately before putting them to bed. Not only does this make your baby to sleep as they work hard to digest their food, but putting your baby to bed with a full stomach will help everyone in your house get a better night's sleep.
Rock your baby or to read them before putting them to bed. Babies need to feel safe and be near a parent is one of the most gratifying things to a child.
