As all parents know the time between 6pm and 7.30pm at night is always manic. Often, you had a hard day's work and just want to relax but also to share your toddler time clock is so sensitive - if you have a coup on in your

how we could improve to ensure a more disciplined approach to be sensitive to us and also ensure that our child is all he needs. Here are some tips to help others
1. Public 6.30-7.00 dinner - any later and it is this
2. No activity physcial from 6pm - ie no fluctuations / parking, etc.
3. A promise of a bed-time story before bedtime - not only makes a profit of basic education, but also helps motivate dinner and bath
5. Tape the news - we found ourselves trying to juggle things around the new 6.00pm. Now we know that tape and we can watch in peace once Max went to sleep.
7. Be flexible on weekends / special occasions - but always try to return to our routine
The goal is a child to be in bed by 7.30pm
